First bisque firing...

I forgot to photo the bottom shelf, but it has more pieces than the 3rd shelf! I'm hoping the vent kit will even out the temp differences between the top and bottom.
Top looked good, but bottom was too cold...

Stacking Desert Bowls?

Two down, ??? to go. I was thinking of selling them in sets of 4, so I'll need at least 5 or 6 sets....

New form ... for me

Tried a new pitcher form today. It was a little thin, so kept a bowl in the top to keep the shape.


And my first successfully pulled handle!

Back to work...

Now that the kiln is here, I need to make sure I get enough work done to fill it for the next couple of months non-stop. So here's a kitchen tool holder, with drainage holes in the bottom.





Friday I threw these three pieces, a batter bowl, a syrup pitcher, and another kitchen tool holder. I need to trim them today.


Let's see if I can repeat these three every day this week...
