Trying a platter....

Thought I would try my hand at a platter as a Christmas gift for a friend.  She owns the local Mexican restuarant.  Hope this doesn't warp out of shape!

 

Tried to copy the text from her logo on her website: Carmensguam.com .

Two more days and I will have pics up of more face mugs, and some boxes, maybe even a couple of plates!

Hopefully this platter will be glazed as well....

Face mugs!

We have finished most of the face mugs, and a few are even glazed.









Now we are working on our boxes.






Mr Young told us to "think outside the box" for our design ideas.
We took pictures of Mr Young's box too!

Another Kiln Load!

Mr Young just emptied out the kiln again yesterday!  Here are some of our work - pinch pots, coil face mugs, and some Christmas ornaments.  Hope you enjoy the pictures!
